Oops, Britney did it again. Another embarrassing moment for the pop star this week when her teeny tiny costume exposed her tampon. Not exactly the sexy look she's going for but hey, what's a girl to do? Maybe they could let her where some teeny tiny shorts on special occasions such as this next time.
This isn't Britney's only embarrassing incident, she also had some hair extension trouble recently, poor Britney!
