The never shy "Lady Gaga" turned heads at the 2009 MTV VMA's with her outlandish outfits. I personally think we need someone like Lady Gaga in the music industry to spice things up. She reminds me of the 1980's singers Cindi Lauper, and Boy George. She may be a bit strange, but atleast she's not boring:

I loved Lady Gaga's looks. She is sooo different. And if she was trying to keep all eyes on her, all night: mission accomplished!
